We had a great afternoon at our “Getting to Know You” event with 21 families attending. The afternoon included a dance workshop with ‘Stopgap’ great games including pool, table tennis, air hockey and much more. Some of the young adults spent time making & painting in the arts and crafts room whilst others played some basketball before refreshments at 5pm.
Parents had time to chat with other parents, find out more about our partnership with ‘halow’ and tell us what activities their young adults would like in 2020. We chatted to lots of our young adults about what they would like and got some great messages from parents saying how much everyone had enjoyed the afternoon.
